Nextech has 2 immediate openings in our Commercial HVAC Service Company in Denton TX. We are looking for a friendly and professional person who can communicate well written and verbally. This is a very fast paced position that offers great benefits; casual atmosphere and an M-F work week. Dispatching experience is a plus or will consider training the right person. Computer skills a must.

Position Summary: Take pride in being the director of the best service fleet in our industry. Utilize all available resources to efficiently route techs to customer sites. Provide clear and concise information in a timely manner to both the internal and external customers as well as keeping the software current. Support to the ASM and RSM in consistent peak performance.

Dispatchers are ultimately responsible for informing customers of the progress of service operations while ensuring that technicians operate in a cost-effective fashion. We provide services to multi-site retail customers across several states. The Service Dispatcher maintains the work schedules for field technicians and assure that all customer commitments and guidelines are met and internal operating procedures are followed.
