Positions in this function include traditional administrative support roles including: calendar maintenance, corporate and international travel planning and arrangements, reporting, setting up meetings, expense reporting, meeting and event planning, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance.



Job Responsibilities:


 


Support for new hires and onboarding

Responsible for office supply management

Manage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings.

Interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Travel coordination to include arranging travel in multiple time zones and in remote areas and submit expense reports.

Coordinate events including web conferences 

Create and edit documents and presentations.

Handle highly confidential information discretely.

Independently perform varied administrative duties related to functional area.

Assist with special projects as needed.

Work effectively as an integral member of a team of administrative professionals.

Work schedule flexibility, including availability for overtime as needed. 

File management.

 

Requirements

High school education. College coursework preferred.


Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).


1-2 years administrative support experience.


International travel planning experience strongly preferred.


Experience with Concur travel and expense programs.


Strong written and oral communications skills.
