Home Health Nurse - Hospice - (HH RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $30.50 *
Home healthcare company is seeking a self starting, highly motivated Registered Nurse to join the team. RN will treat Hospice patients. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.
Additional Requirements/Information:
-Previous Hospice experience is required
·Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as an RN and/or registered as a Registered Nurse per state requirements.
The home health nurse provides care in the patient’s place of residence with a variety of responsibilities that includes wound care, medication, patient assessment, and disease treatment and prevention education. Home health hospice nurses provide outpatient, in-home services that meet the needs of the terminally ill patient, with emphasis on keeping patient comfortable rather than treatment with the goal of curing.
Required Qualifications
-MA license
-Strong Hospice experience
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience using All Scripts EMR
