Requirements

• Working knowledge and understanding of different types of employee benefit offerings. • Familiarity with automated systems and transactions. • Must be comfortable with HR systems and running reports • Ability to think outside of the transaction at hand. • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint. • Must be customer service oriented • Must be detail oriented • Strong organization skills • Effective oral and written communication skills • Culturally sensitive and able to work in a diverse work environment
