WE HAVE 5 ALBANY AREA LOCATIONS
Restaurant Manager:
Provide leadership and supervision to restaurant employees for all aspects of each shift worked in a single restaurant.
Report to the restaurant General Manager.
May supervise 15 - 20 restaurant employees per shift.
Have direct accountability for all operational results for each shift worked.
General Managers:
Must have friendly, smiling and outgoing personality.
Provide leadership and supervision to a single restaurant management team and its employees.
Report to an Area Manager.
Supervise up to four restaurant managers and up to 50 hourly restaurant employees.
Have direct accountability for all operational results for one company restaurant.
