Maintenance

Successful Maintenance Technicians at this company must work and move with a keen sense of purpose and accomplishment. They must have the ability to work and think independently and be able to plan their work day based on the work orders that have been assigned to them, with minimal to no direct supervision. Maintenance Technicians that advance to higher rates of pay and promotion will take the initiative to learn as much as they can in each area of maintenance and seek out training opportunities and take advantage of them as they arise. They must also be able to write and communicate clearly and concisely with customers, both internal and external, as well as management. They understand that they are the "eyes and ears" for the management and owners, and must be constantly vigilant and looking for things that need to be filmed, videoed, or otherwise documented.
