Overview of responsibilities:



Experienced Marketing analyst with accompanying financial, product or strategic background.  Looking for someone that can run reports/analytics and then interpret the data to present an action plan, story or recommendation.  Looking for an independent self-starter that is eager to tackle open-ended and ambiguous analysis to help drive innovative business decisions and quick action.  The ideal candidate would also be familiar with enterprise campaign tools that would enable them to develop and execute campaigns to support their findings and recommendations.


 


Using a variety of enterprise reporting/analysis tools, you will be actively building reports and deriving strategies and recommendations from the data.  You will work with a variety of subject matter experts in different departments to uncover new insights and connect marketing data to broader organizational metrics.  You will need to effectively translate data into presentations and visual formats that allow business stakeholders to innovate, adjust strategic direction and pursue new opportunities as they arise.

Requirements

 


This role will require heavy project management skills as you will need to coordinate business requirements, multiple data sources, cross-departmental dialogue and high-visibility end-products.


 


Required:
3-5 years in an analyst capacity (marketing data, business, project management)
3-5 years first-hand experience using enterprise data management tools, such as Unica, Siebel or SAS
Experience working with stakeholders to define requirements, business objectives and campaign scope
Extensive experience organizing, presenting and formatting complex information visually (eg Powerpoint) to illustrate findings and recommendations
Experience drawing out strategic insights from data to drive marketing planning and/or new program/product roll-outs
Proven ability to leverage, interpret and present data in an executive-friendly manner
Candidates will be required to provide a Data Presentation sample


 


Preferred:
Experience within healthcare or large, complex datasets (e.g. retail)
Unica campaign experience
Bachelor's Degree
Healthcare – preferably PBM
