Aerotek Commercial division is seeking a Facilities Manager to work side by side with the Director and Assistant Director of the engineering department.

Qualified candidates will possess all of the following:
- Education High School Diploma or GED. College Degree is a plus
- 5+years in facility Maintenance (Either doing the mechanical aspect or coordinating with vendors, create/managing special projects, etc.)
- Knowledge of the equipment within the department (Chillers, Boilers, HVAC, Painters, Electricians, Plumbing parts)
- Superintendent or manager or lead on projects
- Customer Service Skills
- Knowledge of (emails, reports, spreadsheets, CMS Work orders, etc.)

1) Getting out in the field assessing equipment problems, determining solution and/or if they need to contact a repair company outside of the hospital.

2) Responding to work orders, delegating them out, and making sure they are closed out in a timely fashion.

3) Sitting through department meetings discussing projects going on, preventative maintenance plans, assessing the budget, and ordering supplies when needed.
