Position Summary: Seeking a Provider Relations Representative responsible for representing relationships with its contracted providers
Qualifications:
-Customer service representative experience in a healthcare environment
-Excellent communication skills
-Familiarity with billing protocols
Essential Responsibilities:
-Handling a high volume of inbound calls
-Distributing information to providers and staff
-Monitoring of services to ensure providers satisfaction
-Assist providers with practice management information when appropriate
Minimum Requirements
-Inbound call center or customer service background
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Basic knowledge of excel
-Proficiency in operating computer applications
Compensation:
$14.00-$16.00 per hour for first four months
