Will handle heavy call volume switchboard, greet clients, tenants and assist in maintaining reports for the company. Distribute mail and packages, maintain kitchens on daily basis. Must have excellent customer service attitude, and one year previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. Commercial real estate experience helpful but not required. $12-$13/hr, temp-hire. Downtown Tulsa location.
