About this job
Come to work for an established Garage Door company. Work FULL TIME, YEAR ROUND.............work consists mostly of repairs, with some installations. We prefer that you are an experienced garage door tech, but willing to train the right person who has crossover skills.
Some of our requirements:
Must pass a background check
Must pass a drug screening
Must be able to read and write at least at a high school level
Must be able to lift 50-90 lbs occassionally
Must be a good communicator
Must have a good driving record - NO DUI's, RECKLESS, etc.... That means there can be quite a bit of driving during the course of a work day.
Must be a people person - you are dealing directly with consumers every day in their house and with fellow employees and vendors
Must have a presentable appearance and wear a uniform
Must have flexibility - sometimes it is not fun, but it has to be done
Must be available to work on some weekends, nights and overtime
Must be organized
Must be determined
Remember: We prefer that you are an experienced garage door tech, but willing to train the right person who has crossover skills.
