*MUST HAVE YEARS OF ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT BOARD ASSEMBLY EXPERIENCE!!!!

Job Description Summary:

1. The Plant Manager is responsible for running a smooth and profitable production department.

2. The Plant Manager is responsible for Assembly, Shipping, Purchasing, Inventory Control and Facilities Maintenance.

3. The Plant Manager is responsible for directing and assisting all shop employees.

Reporting Relationships:

1. The Plant Manager reports directly to and is fully accountable to the President.

2. The following positions report directly to the Plant Manager.

a. Electrical Assemblers and Circuit Board Assemblers

b. Production Supervisor

Requirements:

1. Prefers a two (2) year College Degree, or five (5) years hands on experience with computer hardware and software.

2. Requires five (5) year’s experience in a position directly overseeing the shop facility of a 3 million or larger company.

3. Prefers the above with previous management experience and a proven track record in reducing operational costs.

4. Must be able to effectively communicate with employees.

5. The sense of sight, speech (English) and hearing are required. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6. The physical requirements are stressful although part of the time will be spent sitting. Walking, turning the head and torso, reaching, grasping, bending and flexing the arms, legs, wrists, and fingers and the ability to lift fifty (50) pounds is required.

7. Must be a natural leader who can inspire employees to superior performance with integrity.

8. Must be a highly organized person who can monitor numerous projects at once and who can prioritize the workloads of reporting employees.
