We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team of Retail Part-time Sales Specialists to work in a non-commissioned sales environment, assisting guests with purchase of furniture, accessories, and warranty services.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
i,§ Engage with our guests to assist them in providing informed solutions for their home.
i,§ Educate our guests on the features and benefits of our large product offering.
i,§ Discuss quality of fabric and finish, and type and quality of construction with guest.
i,§ Confers with guest to determine design preferences, budget, and other factors which affect planning interior environments.
i,§ Takes pride in the stores appearance, shows initiative in keeping displays clean, attractive and organized
i,§ Use computer database to research availability of merchandise.
i,§ Process orders by entering guest & purchase information into a point of sale system.
i,§ Ability to contribute to the teams sales goals in a non commission sales environment.

Qualifications:
i,§ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
i,§ Ability to develop great guest relationships, by educating and engaging guests.
i,§ Strong sales experience, with a proven track record of success-retail experience a plus.
i,§ Ability to relate our brand story and match our guests with their needs.
i,§ Respond to guest requests for service and assistance.
i,§ Stellar communication skills and ability to engage guests in a relaxed yet focused manner.
i,§ Balances team and individual responsibilities.
i,§ Ability to work flexible retail hours which include weekend, evenings and most holidays.
i,§ Basic knowledge of computers.
