Cafe Associate - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Cafe Associate.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Café Associate

Position Summary

We need full time food service workers who have demonstrated a passion for serving customers and preparing food, who will contribute something new and unique to our cafe through their diversity, experience, personality, and talents. We seek employees who will fit into the unique family and friends culture of our owner operated bakery cafe. We work hard when at work - our customers expect it. We value family and understand that as dedicated as any employee might be, they still have a family and personal life which must be understood and accommodated in order to have a peak performing employee, realizing that not all family circumstances can be compatible with a restaurant worker's responsibilities.

Requirements:

• You must have a passion for serving customers and working with food.
• Prior food service and customer service experience is required.
• We are open from 6:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., seven days a week. We require employees to be able to work weekends and holidays, as well as days and evenings.
• We prefer someone who has chosen food service as their field of choice.
