Requirements

Role Summary:  To create a remarkable experience for all guests through operational excellence and second mile service requirements. The Team Leader is responsible for Team Leaders are responsible for supervising assigned stations for an entire shift and may be assigned to open or close the restaurant in the absence of a manager; following established opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:  (Required)

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • An Associate degree or two years of equivalent work experience. 
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Basic math skills
  • Proficient cash handling skills
  • Proven leadership abilities as exampled by previous work experience
  • Effective communication skills as exampled by previous work experience

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Operational Excellence requirements are met
  • Works with the kitchen leadership and hospitality leadership to ensure high quality food is always being served and a remarkable experience is provided in the dining room and the drive thru
  • Ensures staffing is placed in the most productive positions for peak sales periods
  • Coaches Team Members on the importance of basic customer service requirements
  • Verifies cash handling accuracy as required
  • Balances the shift for financial accuracy and reporting
  • Responsibility for the flow and organization of the shift, including breaks for Team Members
  • Ensure that basic service requirements for customers are met .
  • All management staff is expected to make sound business decisions that will result in high profits, low turnover rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Adheres to all restaurant policies and systems
  • Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store.

Non-Essential Responsibilities:

  • Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned
  • Engage in activities outside the restaurant to build a team atmosphere.
