Overnight Crew Member - Full-time / Part-time

The Overnight Crew is a team of two or three team members that set up the restaurant for the next day's operations. The Overnight Crew generally will come on shift at 10pm when the restaurant is closing, and are responsible nightly for the closing of the kitchen, "fronting and facing" all stock,and some bulk prep, such as juicing lemons, etc. Additionally, there will be weekly cleaning tasks, such as scrubbing the customer area floors, scrubbing the kitchen floors, wiping down all of the stainless steel surfaces in the kitchen, etc. The person applying for this position must have demonstrated responsibility and trustworthiness in other venues, and must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Flexible Hours
The hours of an Overnight Crew member are not quite as flexible as those of the rest of our team, simply because we have fewer people on the schedule who can fill the shifts--however, we know your responsibilities outside of work are important, and our team strives to help each other out when necessary. The shift will typically begin at 10pm and run until 6am Monday night through Saturday night. Both full time and part-time Overnight Crew positions are available.

Closed Sundays
All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends, although the Overnight Crew would be required to finish the Saturday night shift into Sunday morning.

Work Directly With A Chick-fil-A Operator
The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future. The Operator will make it a priority to check in with the Overnight Crew personally.
