Shift Leader

sweetFrog is one of the fastest growing Frozen Yogurt chains the in U.S. Currently, there are over 350 stores open or set to open nationwide. Our goal is to create the best frozen yogurt experience customers will ever have, from the yogurt and toppings to the friendliest staff.

sweetFrog is looking for Shift Leaders. Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in the retail/restaurant industry, be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, have leadership experience with the capabilities of running a small team. Qualified candidates will possess strong people skills, enthusiastic personality, and willingness to learn.

Decisive - The ability to make both short-term and long-term decisions that affect the guests, team members and business positively.
Strong Math Skills--The ability to handle large amounts of cash and balance the monies at the close of business each day.
Stamina-- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift objects up to 50 pounds.

The position could be full or part time.
Must be willing to work at the Newport News and Yorktown locations.
