Maintanance - Full-time

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for a variety of daily repairs and maintenance projects. This position will require the following skills: electrical, plumbing, dry wall repair, general building and equipment knowledge, as well as customer service and troubleshooting skills. This person will work with the hotel's Management Team to ensure the smooth running of all hotel facilities. This person must have physical stamina to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for long periods of time.

Qualifications
*Available to work first shift on consistent basis
*Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
*Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
*Service orientation and professional presentations skills
*Clear concise verbal communication skills in English
*Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift a moderate amount of weight
