Our client is hiring for an Inbound Customer Service Representative with call center experience. We are looking for outgoing and professional candidates who can handle high volume incoming calls.
Job Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year of experience in an Inbound Call Center environment
Professional phone skills
Ability to type 35wpm, proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be punctual and have a positive attitude
Must be able to work within a team
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
$12.50 an hour
