Aveda Store Managers are passionate about hair and the Aveda mission and translate this passion to our guests. We work as members of an Experience Center team to share beauty, wellness and fashion - all through the power of touch.
As a Store Manager at Las Vegas, Fashion Show Mall location, you will be leading a team of highly talented service providers to achieve sales goals and carry out our mission to the guests we serve. Additionally you will plan and initiate monthly business driving events to draw in new and existing guests.
Qualified applicants will possess 3 years customer service experience in a service industry including 1-2 years previous management experience. Candidates must have the ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events within a fast paced work environment (travel outside of the district may be required). Experience working with retail POS technology and computer proficiency required. Satisfactory completion of all company required meetings and education is mandatory.
