Food & Beverage Supervisor                      Full Time              Flexible Hours including weekends & holidays

Position Summary:

To effectively promote, sell, and operate the Bluefin Grille Restaurant, while providing an outstanding experience to our guests. 

Experience:

• 1 - 3 years of food service or related hospitality industry supervisory experience is required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be proficient in computer technologies including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)

• TIPs certification or other alcohol serves safe certification is required.

• Basic technical knowledge of restaurant operations & pos systems.

• Must be able to cover all areas of the restaurant, hosting, bussing, bartending, serving, and expediting. 

Physical Job Requirements:

• Able to stand & walk for long periods of time.

• Must be able to work variable shifts, including some/all holidays.

• Able to lift / push pull weights of up to 50 pounds with & without mechanical.

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
