At Appco we have over 25 years experience working in direct sales, marketing and promotions. After arriving in the US in 2010 we are continuing our search for ambitious, motivated people to join our team. We are looking for 20+ fresh faces to initially start in a marketing capacity with opportunities of career growth.

Entry level Sales & marketing:

Every one of our 900 managers we have around the world started off on our sales program, many of them with no prior experience in the industry. We provide a comprehensive training program and lots of support in teaching you one of the most important skills in life… SALES. Simply having great communication skills is a start, but not everything, which is why we then teach the mechanical skills to accompany it.

All of our sales are done face-to-face and outbound so there is NO PHONE WORK or sitting behind a desk.

Management Training Program:

In our 4 years in America we have already expanded to over 15 offices. Our goal is to be in every major city and state by 2020 and we are well aware of the size of this task! Although we want to expand we do not compromise on standard or training and as a result we are looking for the right individuals who we can coach and train to run each of these offices. If you have had previous experience in managing people this is definitely an advantage but not essential.
