Our newly reopened breakfast diner is in search for an amazing Breakfast Chef to join our team.
Responsibilities includes:
-Gathers all supplies needed to prepare breakfast
-Prepares all food from breakfast menu using standard recipes
-Keeps station and cooking equipment clean
-Checks supplies needed for lunch
-Sets up, maintains and breaks down breakfast cook station
-Identifies product needs and requisitions items needed to prepare menu items
-Notifies manager in advance of expected shortages
-Maintains security and safety in work area
-Maintains neat professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness rules at all times
-Adheres to local health and safety regulations
-Maintains the highest sanitary standards
-Ensures that work area and equipment are clean and sanitary
-Covers, dates and properly stores all leftover products that are re-usable
-Assists with other duties when needed
-Must have strong restaurant serving experience and always provide the best and most professional service
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Position is a Full-time (40-50 hours per week) and paid based on experience.
Restaurant hours are from 7am-3pm.
