All employees are involved in every aspect of the business:

Business Operations

Drive and achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals

Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.

Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices

Maintain records related to sales.

Process, package, prepare sales invoice and ship online orders


Customer Service

Greet customers and ascertain/anticipate their wants and needs

Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.

Courteous to customers inquiries on the phone, instore and on social network

Provide assistance to customers placing special orders

Schedule online shipping postal pickup time in the office

Sales and Marketing

Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. Marketing to people outside the store.

Selling or Influencing Others Convincing others to buy merchandise/goods or to otherwise change their minds or actions.

Getting Information Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.

Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.

Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

Required Skills include the following:
Must be very professional
Must have prior 2 to 3 years working experience preferably retail experience
Must be entrepreneurial and committed to a long-term career
Should possess a positive "can do" attitude
Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation used during the work day
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business including weekends
Minimum of High School diploma with some college credit hours preferred
Ability and willingness to perform light cleaning and maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, wiping windows, etc
Must have exceptional communication skills and a strong drive to succeed
Should be solution-oriented
Ability to be calm under pressure
Must be capable of thinking on his/her feet
Should have ability to multi-task
Must have a passion for working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment with a uniquely-innovative corporate culture
