Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative for a food broker in Santa Ana, CA.

Temporary to hire position paying $14/hr-18/hr, depending on experience. Bonus and excellent benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance 100% paid for and a profit sharing plan. Hours 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Typical job duties will consist of the following:
~Going through orders that come in via emails and following up with customers.
~Taking incoming calls to place orders and handle any changes/issues.
~Receive about 100-150 emails per day.
~Reviewing orders, delivery dates and prices to make sure everything is correct.
~Will review spec sheets, data sheets and credit aps.

Ideal candidate will have the following skills:
~Excellent Customer Service Skills - Min 2 years experience
~Organized
~Good written and verbal communication skills
~Strong attention to detail to make sure the orders are correct and rates are quoted correctly.
~Flexible
~Able to prioritize
~Good computer skills
~Able to stay calm when things get stressful
~Ideal candidate is looking for a home and is committed to this being a long term position.
~Thick skinned
~Strong analytical skills to think about a situation and figure out what to do next.
~Bilingual is a plus but not required.
