Home Instead Senior Care is the World's largest network of non-medical home care providers to seniors and dependent adults.  The Beverly Hills/Los Angeles office is seeking a full-time Recruitment Coordinator.  Be a part of an award winning organization while knowing your hard work is making a positive difference in the lives of seniors in our community. 

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: recruitment of caregivers (i.e. generating applicant leads from a variety of sources), screening caregivers (i.e. pre-screening, interviewing, checking references, background checks, drug screen, etc.), hiring caregivers (i.e. facilitate orientation, hire paperwork, training, etc), and managing personnel files (i.e. ensuring human resources documentation is current, executing disciplinary actions, etc.). Secondary responsibilities include: overall office support and general administrative functions. 

The successful applicant will have/be: at least 3 years of recruitment/human resources experience, 2 year college degree or better, familiar with general hr topics (eg. I9, workers comp, etc), professional, trustworthy, sound decision making, innovative in finding ways to recruit quality applicants, good computer/typing skills. Home care/healthcare experience a major plus.
