What you will be doing

  • Be responsible for providing administrative support to the Vice President of Finance in day to day activities.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments
  • Manage VP of Finance's calendar
  • Answer and screen phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinating distribution of Month End Reports
  • Order supplies
  • Perform general duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must have a strong work ethic, timely reporting to work, be self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must possess a professional and energetic personality, be very detail-oriented, and able to multi-task with ease.
