JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting Key Account Managers in servicing and retaining product-line specific clients. Effective, timely communication (written / verbal) with the Key Account Managers and all clients regarding Operational concerns.
JOB DUTIES
* Interact with Key Account Management and various clients.
* Understand Critical Customer Requirements for a numbers of accounts, ability to prioritize and act in interests of ASI and customers.
* Provide various daily, weekly and monthly reports. Microsoft Office proficiency required (strong Excel).
* Maintain effective record of all internal communication with clients and internal field personnel.
* Work closely with Key Account Management to ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience: High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years direct operational experience in same or related product line. In-depth knowledge of company products and services preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products with strong focus on Excel.

Job Demands: Must be able to attend work regularly and predictably. Must be able to work independently and with limited supervision. Must establish and maintain a high level of credibility with internal Operations and IT Departments. Must maintain a high sense of urgency. Must take ownership of objectives, prioritization, and hold self accountable. Must maintain adequate knowledge of technology relating to the position. Must be analytical. Must work well under pressure. Must be available for occasional night and weekend work. Must be available for potential travel, have valid drivers license, and be able to drive. Must have excellent presentation, communications, organizational and interpersonal relations skills. Must have an attention for detail and professionalism.
