Senior Project Manager

Northwest Staffing Resources in Everett is currently partnered with one of our clients, a retail display and kiosk manufacturer in Everett to hire for a Senior Project Manager.

In this position, the Senior Project Manager will coordinate, define and manage projects from concept through production and installation with customer follow-up.

Employee will:

• Utilize M2M software to enter new job orders, changes, and cancellations.
• Develop new products with customer and assure the products developed satisfy the customer in design, function, cost, and quality while protecting profits.
• Define and manage program(s) for producing, stocking, shipping and maintaining products as well as order and coordinate production of custom items.
• Communicate and document project updates to all team members, vendors, purchasing, production and engineering teams as well as vendors and customers.
• Establish and manage stocking levels for finished goods and stocking materials.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Project Management experience in a custom manufacturing setting.
• Proficient with computers - MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP/MRP.
• Working knowledge of BOM’s, Architectural take offs, drafting and drawings.
• Manufacturing and construction knowledge and understanding.
• Estimating experience.

SHIFT: Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
