The Employer Installation Manager is responsible for the installation of
assigned accounts while driving employee growth, performance, and meeting
business objectives and metrics. This position will support our overall growing
customer base while providing leadership and management to the team.
As
part of the Client Implementation Inventory Team, this position will provide
oversight related to inventory reporting and workflow for the Key Account and
National Account installation functions.
This position will lead and develop a team of professional analysts to
improve financial and metric performance reporting.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate meetings with leadership from various
functional areas – onshore and offshore. - Participate in weekly planning
calls and speak to performance results for assigned functional area. - Collaborate with Finance & Workforce Planning teams
on staff models, hiring plans and training plans for different work types. - Develop staffing and forecast
models as necessary - to lead the business in appropriate hiring, cross
training, OT management and continuous improvement of resource allocation. - Collaborate with business leads on productivity
management to improve processes to optimize performance and value over
time. - Utilize TNOC/Omega data to
support business leads with identifying trends and drive improvements.. - Find creative solutions to complex problems through
data management and analytics. - Determine the best way to extrapolate and publish
inventory data to business partners. - Accountable to partner managers with
an appropriate line of sight to inventory volumes, potential obstacles and how
the current status of inventory will impact service level agreements or
performance guarantee misses. - Drive a culture of root cause analysis, with a focus on
removing variation from the system and removing defects from processes. - Manage cross-functional interdependencies.
- Provide risk management and issue/problem resolution as
required. - Be a strong change agent and resilient to roadblocks.
- Execute with a sense of urgency.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/ GED
- 5+ years of Workforce Management experience
- 2+ years of Inventory/Workflow experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or other related field
- Microsoft Excel experience including pivot tables, charts and graphs, intermediate formulas
- 5+ years of experience preparing and presenting data
- 2+ years of experience using a workforce management systems such as IEX, Omega, TNOC
- Experience working with relational databases and MS Access
- Experience building Sr. Leader presentations in PowerPoint
- Experience modeling call center/transaction capacity plans in MS Excel is preferred
- Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and or evaluation of business processes
