More about the Position Available:
The Project Assistant position is an opening in the Mystery Shopping Division and is a support role that will allow this individual to learn about our services from the ground up. This individual will provide administrative support to the Division Director and Project Coordinators. Office hours are 8am-4:30pm. Essential functions of this position include:
* Editing surveys (completed by mystery shoppers) daily for content, punctuation and grammatical accuracy through an online program
* Identifying key components of patient experiences within surveys
* Communicating with mystery shoppers via e-mail and phone as needed
* Generating and formatting reports in Excel
* Working in Power Point and Word on final deliverables for client
* Working cooperatively and efficiently to provide quality, seamless customer service to shoppers and, project coordinators
