Scheduler - Full-time

↵Home Instead Senior Care, your trusted source of in-home senior care for nearly 20 years, is currently seeking a full-time Staffing Coordinator to coordinate our CAREGiver and Client schedules.
 

• Applicant must be well organized, detail-oriented, demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
• The position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to generate common sense resolutions to daily challenges and opportunities
• This is a fast-paced position requiring computer skills and the ability to multi-task
• Responsibilities include matching CAREGiver personalities, skills, location, and availability with the needs of our clients, assuring 100% coverage of client schedules and resolving scheduling issues promptly
• The position also requires that you ensure all CAREGivers have checked in at the client's home when they are scheduled to be there
• There are some on-call duties associated with this position
• Applicant must be able to manage stressful situations
