Home Care RN - Director of Nursing - Part-time

We are looking for a PRN Registered Nurse with Home Care Experience

Our Home Health Care Agency is newly licensed by the PA Department of Health and is in the process of attaining Medicare certification and CHAP accreditation. In order to achieve these goals, we are in need of an experienced Field Nurse to do home visits.  Candidate should be motivated, organized, reliable, professional with great attitude and enthusiasm to excel.

As we expand and grow, the right RN candidate will help us with our commitment to always deliver the highest quality of service to our patients.

This may include help mostly home visits and  field work as well as OASIS Documentation
 and Client admissions.

Your job will be PRN and will start out on a Part Time basis, 10 to 15 hours per week. Huge growth potential for the right candidate.

Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse in good, standing, holding a current license to practice in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a professional Home Care RN.
- Knowledge OASIS documentation requirements and compliance
- Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices, procedures, documentation, regulations and guidelines that pertain to a Home Health Care Agency.
- Current CPR certification.
- Familiarity with CHAP and Medicare accreditation and certification is a Plus
