Summary: Works under the direction of the Audio/Visual Manager.  Performs various manual duties for room set up purposes as designated by set up work sheets and center administrators; coordinates use of audio visual equipment; compiles inventories, maintains and stores materials/equipment to be used in Conference Center allocated rooms in BAC; prepares documents relating to maintenance needs in the Conference Services center as well as for client needs.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:including required assistance throughout Conference Center scope, as designated by management.

 

  • Assists with room configurations as outlined in Conference Services SOP manual in accordance with set up sheets and direction from conference administrators
  • Actively participates with team members and management in achieving team goals and objectives.
  • Performs daily checks of rooms and space allocated to the Conference Center and Compass as it pertains to conference services.
  • Maintains daily documentation of service add on/changes and maintenance needs
  • Maintains storage areas for efficient use.
  • Contributes to the daily operation of Conference Services by being on time and prepared to perform job responsibilities as outlined above
  • Completes special projects as assigned or necessary
  • Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
