The role of the Guest Experience Captain (or Captain) is to work with Team Members and managers to create the Ultimate Social Experience for Sports Fans.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Captains are responsible for making each guest’s experience unique and memorable
  • Work with management to create daily contests and goals for team members
  • Showcase new food and beverage items for guests
  • Tailor sporting events on TV’s to guest’s needs
  • Work with management to set up fundraisers and other community driven projects
