COOK, GRILL - Full-time

• We have an opening for 2 full-time Cook, Grill positions.
• Location: 841 Chevron Way, Richmond, CA 94801. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 6:00AM - 2:30PM.
• Requirement: Food-service experience preferred.

Summary: Performs food production duties, including preparation of food for service and catering. Standards to be held for safety practices, storage, and documenting processes. Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service and cleaning practices. Offer great customer experience with interacting with customers to take orders and cook on the grill.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper inventory of foods as needed
• Prepare food items for the grill
• Consult with Lead and Management about prodcution needs for the day, particularly with catering needs
• Run the breakfast grill, with great customer service
• Clean station after preparation
• Setting up station for service, breakfast and lunch
• Maintain documentation of temperatures of foods and other documentation as needed
• Break down station and properly discard or store product; clean service area
• Performs other duties as assigned; be a team player assiting anywhere the cafe needs assistance
