Assistant Manager - Food Service - Full-time / Part-time

As Assistant Store Manager you will:

• Supervise and implement food production, display preparation, food consumption calculations, and the maintenance of state-required food handler certification
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training positive, enthusiastic employees
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain store cleanliness and upkeep of equipment
• Uphold proper inventory levels and shift audits

To do this job well, you’ll need:

• High school diploma or GED
• A work ethic that thrives with minimal supervision
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• At least 2 years experience as Assistant Manager in food service
• Fresh food preparation, fast food, or Mexican food experience welcome
• Experience managing staff of 15+ preferred
