(requirements, design, test, etc.). Use data to identify trends, patterns and
opportunities for the business and clients. Engage users in analysis and
evaluation of functional models and prototypes; identify dependencies and
priorities. Evaluate technology applications for use by the user community.
Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational
reports relating to the development and performance of products.

Positions in this function work in the analysis phase of the system development cycle and consult with users to evaluate business requirements, identify operating procedures, evaluate existing or proposed systems and prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written. This function also is intended to include those that also may define business processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or HS diploma/GED with 3+ years
equivalent experience. - 3+ years software testing experience
- 1+ years' experience writing business requirements,
detailed specifications, workflows, and sample schematics/sketches - Familiarity with standard testing tools and techniques
- Ability to develop test plans and execute
