Will be working in a fast paced Agile
environment and assisting in writing and documenting requirements for new
products and Web based solutions. Will be creating test plans. Will conduct
testing using standard testing tools and techniques.  




Use your Sharp Analytical Skills to help us
support, compile and report key information! Drive processes and technology
improvement initiatives for the products, using standard project methodology
(requirements, design, test, etc.). Use data to identify trends, patterns and
opportunities for the business and clients. Engage users in analysis and
evaluation of functional models and prototypes; identify dependencies and
priorities. Evaluate technology applications for use by the user community.
Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational
reports relating to the development and performance of products.

Positions in this function work in the analysis phase of the system development cycle and consult with users to evaluate business requirements, identify operating procedures, evaluate existing or proposed systems and prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written. This function also is intended to include those that also may define business processes.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Translate requirements into technical specifications
  • Work with developers to get projects developed and implemented
  • Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with developers and business resources
  • Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
  • Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
  • Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
  • Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks

Requirements

Required
Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree or HS diploma/GED with 3+ years
    equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years software testing experience

  • 1+ years' experience writing business requirements,
    detailed specifications, workflows, and sample schematics/sketches

  • Familiarity with standard testing tools and techniques

  • Ability to develop test plans and execute

  • Agile Environment experience
