Senior Database & Application Platform Services
Compliance staff will be responsible for managing internal and external audits;
design security and provide compliance consultation to comply and improve
security and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma/GED and 4+ years equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in Healthcare and Health Insurance industry
- Working knowledge and understanding of SOX, HIPAA, PCI, NIST, STIGs, MARS-E, STIGs, GLBA and other federal, industry and local regulations
- Working Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance impact on Databases, Middleware, Active Directory, LDAP, Messaging and Bid-Data platforms
- 3+ years of information security experience, compliance or audit
- 3+ years of experience in the information technology profession
- Experience with large and diverse groups in matrix driven and virtual organization
- United States Citizenship
- Ability to obtain favorable
adjudication following submission of Department of Defense form SF86 .
- Certification - PMP, CISM, CISSP, CISA
- Bachelor's degree or higher
As
a requirement of UnitedHealth Group's contract with the Department of Defense, this
position requires U.S. citizenship and proof of favorable adjudication
following submission of Department of Defense form SF86 ,
(the National Agency Check or “NACâ€).
Successful completion of the NAC process is a requirement for continued
employment in this role. NAC processing
will be initiated by our TRICARE Security Officer post-offer, and can take 3-6
months for a final decision communication from the Department of Defense. Candidates will be allowed to begin
employment with UnitedHealth Group in this role based on an interim clearance,
and final results will be communicated as they are received. Failure to obtain final NAC approval will
result in termination from this role.
