Plays a critical organizational role in leading strategic initiatives for the NaviSite Customer Operations organization delivering global Managed Services for hosting and Cloud customers.
As a direct report to the Vice President of the team, this position will be involved with all facets of running the global team and be responsible for managing efforts across the team to simultaneously validate day-to-day tasks are being delivered and optimized as well as driving key strategic initiatives across the team that result in clear organizational improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide global program management leadership on our strategic initiatives across our NaviSite Operations Center (NOC), Networking, Windows, Linux / Unix, Patching, Anti-Virus, Storage and Backup teams across our four primary sites in India, London, Boston and San Jose.

Work closely with Vice President of team to learn existing functions and processes in order to transition and pick-up selected responsibilities.
This position is a management trainee position and candidate is expected to demonstrate high potential to take on new management level tasks and grow into a senior role on the team.

Be able to lead and manage multiple initiatives in parallel and work effectively across multiple teams and organizations.
This will require strong collaboration, project management, leadership and negotiation skills to drive results.

Participate in customer meetings to explain the findings, recommendations, and current plan and status.
Lead the discussion across multiple engineering teams internally to develop plan and work through complex issues and problems, and provide updates on plan and status to customers.


Articulate and define IT best practices for managing large, complex enterprise IT production operations.
Be able to effectively drive improvements internally around processes and tools and work with customers on understanding their environments and driving positive change and improvements within the NaviSite service offering.
Fully knowledgeable on current NaviSite processes and capabilities and working within boundaries when developing solutions for customers.

Be the program management liaison within NaviSite Service Delivery and drive priorities and plans.
Escalate within groups as required, coach and mentor team as required and facilitate delivering a high value experience for the customer.

Work closely with all levels Service Delivery and related organization within Time Warner Cable.




Job Requirements:


Experienced, high energy, focused, performance-driven and professional to serve as a program management lead for NaviSite ' s Customer Operations most strategic initiatives.


Three or more years ' experience in an IT role.


Management and project management experience is desired.
Masters in Business Administration is highly desired.

Familiarity with Hosting, Managed Services, and Cloud Services

Experienced with keeping both internal and external clients happy by providing outstanding service with the ability speak with the most technical and non-technical people in the room.

A team player who will help mentor teammates who are looking to get to the next level

Ability to work independently in managing day-to-day activities within the team and customers and collaborate closely with colleagues.
