As a key member of the Analyst team, you will be part of UnitedHealth Group's

grow and develop as you conduct and manage outcomes of various studies. You
will be challenged to analyze, review, and forecast data for operational and

Positions in this function are responsible for the setup and maintenance of
managed care contracts in the hospitals' Expected Reimbursement system.





Primary Responsibilities:



  • Analysis and setup of
    managed care contracts
  • Development and
    execution of test plans
  • Development and execution
    of validation plans
  • Development and
    production of managed care scorecards to demonstration validation and payment
    accuracy

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • 3+ years
    experience with hospital reimbursement methodologies
  • 3+ years
    experience with hospital collections or claims adjudication
  • Bachelor's
    degree or HS Diploma/GED plus 5+ years direct hospital managed care analysis or
    hospital managed care collections experience 


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience
    with automated Expected Reimbursement or Contract Management software systems
  • Experience/knowledge
    in Medicare reimbursement methodology
  • Experience
    querying of working with databases
  • Experience
    writing automated scripts
