Job Purpose:
Serves customers by maintaining food for selection.
Duties:
* Prepares foodline by placing and displaying food in serving containers.
* Provides information to customers by answering food preparation questions; resolving special requests.
* Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures.
* Maintains foodline by notifying kitchen of shortages; replenishing food at work station.
* Protects customers and employees by adhering to sanitation policies and procedures; maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
