Assists in the management of the ongoing
contract relationships and service delivery to association and /or labor
clients. Acts as the outward-facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts;
typically with direct client contact on large or complex accounts. Builds
relationships with assigned clients (not individual members) and serves as the
primary point of contact for overall and day-to-day service delivery.
Represents the client internally and coordinates with other functions to
implement client systems, complete projects, assist with renewal activities and
address ongoing service needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide daily client service activities
- Deliver timely and effective internal and external
communications - Problem solve through analysis and investigation.
- Provide explanations and interpretations within area of
expertise. - Keep all impacted areas well informed
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with other functional areas to achieve
positive customer outcomes
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 5+ years of Client-facing experience.
- 2+ years of Project Coordination or Project Management
experience. - 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and
PowerPoint.
- Bachelors or Master's Degree.
- Active Health Insurance license.
- Experience with Employee Benefits and ERISA law.
- Understanding of State and Federal compliance
requirements. - Knowledge of association or labor markets.
- Communications skills.
