Assists in the management of the ongoing
contract relationships and service delivery to association and /or labor
clients. Acts as the outward-facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts;
typically with direct client contact on large or complex accounts. Builds
relationships with assigned clients (not individual members) and serves as the
primary point of contact for overall and day-to-day service delivery.
Represents the client internally and coordinates with other functions to
implement client systems, complete projects, assist with renewal activities and
address ongoing service needs.



Primary Responsibilities:



  • Provide daily client service activities
  • Deliver timely and effective internal and external
    communications 
  • Problem solve through analysis and investigation.
  • Provide explanations and interpretations within area of
    expertise.
  • Keep all impacted areas well informed
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with other functional areas to achieve
    positive customer outcomes



Requirements

Required Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 5+ years of Client-facing experience.
  • 2+ years of Project Coordination or Project Management
    experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and
    PowerPoint.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelors or Master's Degree.
  • Active Health Insurance license.
  • Experience with Employee Benefits and ERISA law.
  • Understanding of State and Federal compliance
    requirements.
  • Knowledge of association or labor markets.
  • Communications skills.
