Primary Responsibilities:



  • Provide expertise claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, auditing claims 

  • Analyze and identify trends and provides feedback and reports to reduce errors and improve claims processes and performance

  • Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance

  • Position requires in-depth knowledge of the Facets system

  • Experience in quality auditing of claims or system configuration highly preferred

  • Positions in this function are responsible for all aspects of quality assurance within the Claims job family; conducts audits and provides feedback to reduce errors and improve processes and performance

  • Extensive work experience, possibly in multiple functions

  • Work does not usually require established procedures

  • Works independently

  • Mentors others

  • Acts as a resource for others

  • Coordinates others' activities

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • An education level of at least a high school diploma/ GED OR 10 years of equivalent working experience 

  • 3+ years of experience in Medical claims

  • 2+ years of Facets experience

  • Intermediate level of proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications within: Word, Outlook, Excel - must be able to create graphs, sort data, and understand trending of data

  • Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Encoder Pro experience

  • Experience auditing claims
