Company located in the Airport area has a long term temporary need for an experienced Marketing Administrative Assistant to provide support to the VP of Marketing and staff. Will be responsible for preparing correspondence, meeting and travel scheduling, calendar, telephone coverage. Will also assist with the collection of product and price information to be used for competitive information and analysis. Other responsibilities will be creation of PowerPoint presentations, brochures, customer communications and all ongoing special projects; will establish and maintain an electronic and hardcopy system to maintain product launch plans, providing updates and adjustments as needed and ensure all plans meet company standards and compliance.
Will assist Poduct Managers with market launches by participating on market launch projects to assist in the preparation of pre-announcement, features and benefits, basic user training materials, technical training. Will also participate in Marketing Team strategy sessions creating detailed agendas, capturing and organizing data for use in furthering the success of marketing initiatives. Responsible for coordinating training programs related to new product training, various webinars, classroom set up and development of training material needed for educations sessions.

Marketing Administrative Assistant will provide support to the VP of Marketing and associated staff in the areas of administrative support. Associates degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years working in a support position of an VP level Professional. Proficient with MS Office, SAP and CRM experience preferred! 1 year minimum supporting a Marketing team.
