There are 2 openings for mechanical/electrical industrial maintenance positions.
The shifts for all 4 will be 12/hr continuous night shift and will train for a week or so on day.

IMT job description: To install, troubleshoots, repair, modify, maintain and improve complex mechanical, electrical and electronic, instrumentation equipment and distribution systems, involving work of varied nature with minimum supervision. Perform checks and maintain records to ensure compliance with Environmental regulations.

IMT Skills\Knowledge Preferred:
*Measuring and Gauging Devices: Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices.
*Ability to use multimeters, voltage testers, amp meters, and other testing devices.
*Ability to install and maintain motors, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, transformers, rectifiers, etc.
*Ability to calculate needed material (wire, breakers, conduit, etc.) for new or modifications of existing circuits.
*Ability to assemble, install, alter and repair any pipe systems that carry water, steam, air, chemicals,, or gases. Pneumatics included.
*Ability to use hand power tools applicable to job function. Welding skills are a plus.
*Knowledge of electronics and electrical controls and circuits.
*Knowledge of AC and DC drives, PLC's, power distribution and process control.
*Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
*Ability to work and think independently and work as a team members
*Ability to bend, install conduit, tubing for new or modification of existing runs.
*Basic knowledge of lock out tagout (LOTO) procedures.
* Successful Completion of Aerial Work Platform Training.

IMT Responsibilities:
*Troubleshoot machine problems and make repairs or changes as necessary to electro-mechanical instrumentation and process control systems. If repairs are temporary ensure permanent repairs are made as soon as possible.
*Perform preventive maintenance testing and maintain records to ensure compliance with all company and environmental regulations.
*Evaluate recommend and/or implement changes to improve machine health as needed.
*Update prints and procedures as needed. Maintain appropriate documentation.
*Evaluate parts requirements for new or existing equipment and make recommendations to set parts up in stock. Research locate and order appropriate parts to ensure reliability.
*Assist with modifications and capital projects as required.
*Communicate with vendors support groups and management about equipment issues.
*Document machine issues repairs made troubleshooting procedures parts used follow up needed etc.
*Perform all job tasks and assignments safely. Conduct regular safety inspections of assigned areas for identification of potential safety problems.
*Get maintenance personnel acclimated with the operation of equip.
*Perform prescribed audit and sampling activities to monitor system operations for compliance assurance.

Technician Job Description (Mechanical): To install, modify, maintain, troubleshoot and improve mechanical equipment and systems.

Technician (Mechanical) Skills\Knowledge Preferred:
*Adhere to all company safety/ health rules.
*Knowledge of mechanical equipment and components
*Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings.
*Detailed -oriented with strong organizational skills
*Skills using precision measuring instruments.
*Ability to work and think independently and work as a team member
*A strong knowledge of math.
*Ability to effectively communicate with operations associates, vendors and support groups
*Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
*Basic knowledge of lock out tag out (LOTO) procedures.

Technician (Mechanical) Responsibilities
*Adhere to all company safety/ health rules.
*Troubleshoot machine problems and make emergency repairs or changes as necessary to mechanical systems. If temporary repairs was made follow up and ensure permanent repairs has been made.
*Perform preventive maintenance inspections safety checks and housekeeping assignments on equipment (maintain records as necessary).
*Evaluate recommend and/or implement changes to improve machine health as needed
*Update prints and procedures as needed. Maintain appropriate documentation.
