Loan Officer/originator

We have a opening for a Loan Officer/originator.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Recent origination experience Concrete knowledge and understanding of loan types and the origination process Friendly, courteous, and respectful of co-workers and prospect/borrowers Organized and detailed record keeping and note taking Persistence - you must be able and ready to follow up with a prospect 20+ times until they say yes. *************NMLS licensing REQUIRED California DBO and/or BRE. Pay Scale: They are completely flexible with a good candidate. However they really want a pay scale in place that will motivate production. Average pay is $2000-$2500 monthly draw through the employment agency. At month end our client will issue them a company check for their commission less any outstanding draws. The Company: We try to keep a smaller family style environment. The entire staff here at the corona location has been here minimum 3 years. We try to avoid the revolving door of most sales jobs. Our client company generates 75% of its business through online marketing. they have a daily advertising presence on over 20 mortgage related websites and rate tables. they also advertise in San Diego Tribune, LA Times, along with a few local radio stations. they are a direct lender although given our great banking relationships we still broker out more than 50% of our business.
