Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to Human Resources to join the team for thier corporate headquarters. They are looking for someone to join the team within the next two weeks. Please review a brief job description below.

- Support administrative functions for two executives within organization
- Manage and process all hotel reservations, booking flights, and any other travel arrangements.
- Interact with internal employee base as needed
- Will be responsible for keying in all personnel information for employee base of 160+ employees.
- Utilize Paychex online system to support employee records
- Manage the paper files for employee base
- Utilize pre-created MS Excel spreadsheet and draft memo's or documents in MS Word)
- Cover as Front Desk Receptionist for 1-2 hours per day

Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years of Administrarive Assistant/HR filing experience
  • Strong Computer Skills (Word, excel, etc)
