Integrity Staffing Solutions has multiple openings with a highly sought after employer in the Tampa Bay area. Our client is looking for a minimum of 4 Bilingual Customer Service / Call Center Reps for temporary to hire roles. These opportunities require qualified candidates to be very fluent in both Spanish and English and able to communicate effectively and clearly both verbally and written. Our candidates will be responsible for coordinating transportation and translation services for worker's compensation patients with a positive and professional demeanor. This includes: Managing inbound and outbound calls Collaborating with clients, patients, drivers and translators Collecting and entering appointment information Meeting production expectations. Experience with ACD telephone lines as well as MS Office Applications are a plus These roles are Monday thru Friday from either 11:30am to 8:00pm or 12:30pm to 9:00pm so candidates need to be open and flexible with days and hours. Training for the first two weeks is a "normal" schedule from either 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm. Salary is $13.00 an hour on the temp side and up to $14.00 an hour on the permanent side.
