Job Responsibilities
 Professionally handle dispatching technicians in the field
 Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information from technicians, assess and fulfill customer needs
 Promote products and service effectively and comfortably
 Assist Field Personnel
Qualifications
 Ability to pass a background check
 High school diploma (or GED)
 Dispatch Service experience is required
 Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
 Strong decision making abilities
 Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate schedules and all important information to the field technician
 Willingness to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, possible holidays and occasional overtime when needed
 Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
 Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
 Team -player

 Strong verbal and written communication skills
 Comfort in navigating through multiple software systems and windows simultaneously
 Ability to show empathy when responding to the customer's needs.
 Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually

Compensation: Hourly/weekly
Office Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-8pm/Saturday 8am-6pm/Sunday 9am-5pm
Schedule: Full-time/Part-time (Great for College Students)
Shift Type: Flexible Hours Available
